How it works

Graphic Design Information

• All graphic design services will be completed within 24 – 48 business hours.
• One round of feedback and revision included. Additional revisions will incur extra costs.

Delivery Information

• Graphic design artwork will be delivered online in the appropriate format (i.e. JPEG, PNG, PDF print-ready if required) sent to your email address

Printing Information

• Whilst every care is taken, Simtail cannot be held responsible for any errors on final output generated by you, or the software you use in creating files for output. The final check before we receive your files is your responsibility.
• All printed products will be delivered to a high standard with quality assured. Any printing errors will be assessed and reprinted or refunded on a case-by-case basis.

• Standard delivery within Australia will occur within 5 – 7 business days to your nominated premises.
• Delivery to country areas may incur additional costs and delivery time.  

Pick Up Information

Available in Perth, Western Australia only

• If you have elected to collect printed products from our premises, you will be notified via email or phone once your order is ready.
